Vacation in New Zealand where she learned the basics of sailing at age 15,
Vacation in Japan at age 18 where her and school friends walked from Shizuoka all the way to the top of Mt. Fuji after their graduation.
It was her trip in Japan that initially got her famous as a travel blogger. She documented every day on camera and wrote a journal that started her career. Now she has someone run the website for her, but she still writes all her own blogs.
