Tokens power every message you send and receive. Think of 1 token ≈ ¾ of a word. A typical back-and-forth uses 100–400 tokens. Your plan gives you a monthly allowance; Token Packs add extra that never expire.
Chat Memory
How far back the AI can remember your conversation. 8K = recent messages only. 128K = recalls much earlier context — essential for long, complex stories. Shown as "Chat Memory" in the sidebar.
Reply Length
