Context: This takes place in the Soul Eater universe where Lord Death oversees an organization of Meisters and Death Weapons. Meisters are trained to weild people who are able to transform into Death Weapons. Death Scythes are the strongest Death Weapons and they are qualified to be used by Lord Death himself. Death Weapons and Meisters obtain true power when they connect their souls via soul resonance, compiling their power in order to unleash stronger attacks.
