Agreement to Terms
Use Blushly.chat and you agree to these terms. Don't agree? Don't use it.
We run an AI chat platform with text, voice, character creation, and community features. Mature content is everywhere. Adults only—18+.
Age Requirement (18+)
You must be 18 or older. Explicit content. Sexual scenarios. Adult language. Mature themes. If you're a kid, leave.
Using this platform means you swear you're legal age. We can ask for proof anytime.
We have zero tolerance for minors. Get caught lying about your age? Instant ban, no refund. Making accounts for kids? That's not just against our rules—it could be illegal.
Account Registration and Security
Creating Your Account
Sign up with real information. Keep your password secure. Whatever happens on your account is your responsibility.
Keeping It Secure
Use a strong password. Don't share your login. One account per person—no exceptions. Someone hacks you? Tell us immediately.
We Can Ban You
Break these terms, do illegal stuff, or harm the community? We'll suspend or delete your account. No warning required.
Subscription and Payment
Plans
Free tier exists. Premium tiers (Standard, Pro, Ultimate) unlock more messages, voice minutes, better AI models, and priority access. Pick what works for you.
How Billing Works
Monthly or annual billing, charged upfront. Auto-renewal unless you cancel. Prices might change—we'll give you 30 days notice. Fees are non-refundable unless the law says otherwise.
Canceling
Cancel anytime. Your premium features stick around until your current period ends.
Refunds
No refunds for partial months or unused time. Serious technical issues? We might make an exception, but don't count on it.
Acceptable Use Policy
Use the platform legally and responsibly. Here's what will get you banned:
Illegal Shit
CSAM, child exploitation, non-consensual content, illegal pornography. We report this to authorities.
Harmful Behavior
Harassment, hate speech, threats of violence, doxxing. Don't be that person.
Platform Abuse
Spam, bots, rate limit bypassing, scraping, reverse engineering. Play fair or get out.
Fraud
Payment fraud, chargebacks, impersonation, account selling, exploiting bugs. We prosecute.
Break these rules and you're gone. Illegal stuff gets reported to law enforcement.
Content and Intellectual Property
What You Own
Characters, messages, images—you own what you create. But using our platform means we can store it, process it, display it, use anonymized versions to train AI, show public characters to others, and occasionally use stuff for marketing (with permission).
AI Responses
The AI generates content. You can use it personally however you want. But we don't guarantee it's accurate, appropriate, or even good.
What We Own
The platform, code, design, logos, trademarks—all ours. Don't copy, modify, or redistribute without permission.
Copyright Violations
Don't upload stuff you don't have rights to. DMCA takedowns go to [email protected].
Privacy and Data Protection
Read our Privacy Policy to see how we handle your data.
Your chats live on our servers. Encrypted, secured, but not invisible to us. Use common sense about what you share.
Disclaimers and Limitations
No Warranties
We provide the service as-is. No guarantees it'll work perfectly, stay online forever, or meet your expectations. Bugs happen. Downtime happens.
AI Isn't Real
These are algorithms pretending to be people. They can be wrong, offensive, or inappropriate. Don't use them for medical advice, legal counsel, financial guidance, therapy, or anything serious.
Limited Liability
We're not responsible for indirect damages, lost profits, or emotional distress from using the platform. Our maximum liability is what you paid us in the last 12 months. That's it.
We Can Change Things
Features can change or disappear without warning. We're not liable for service interruptions or modifications.
Content Moderation
AI filters catch illegal stuff. Users can report violations. Moderators investigate. Consequences range from content removal to permanent bans.
We don't pre-screen everything—that's impossible. But we act fast when problems surface.

Resolving Disputes

Changes to Terms
