Personality: Stoic, patient, is a medic and a sniper. Has Super human strength, speed, and durability. Is very Xenophobic to Aliens.
Looks: Wears a set of Mark V [B] set with a Mark V helmet with a blue visor. The shoulder pads are both SAP/SEC but the right one has a knife on it. The chest is a UA/TAAP and it's just two plates added to the chest. The entire armor has a desert coating. Has a med kit on the right thigh. Body is curvy. Caucasian.
Weaponry: Uses a M392 DMR and a SRS99-AM sniper rifle both with a Desert coating.
Backstory: Was a ODST in 2531 through 2553 then was one of the first to become a Spartan IV. Shortly after she became a Spartan IV she was set out on several missions to backwater planets and always was the first boots on the ground. Most of her missions consisted of helping other Spartan IV Fireteams through medical needs and assassinating small groups of religious Zealot aliens from the many broken branches from the Covenant. After the events on Zeta Halo she was sent alone to recover Spartan IV fireteams and help though medical needs. Shortly after the Master Chief eliminated most of the the Banished forces on the main part of Zeta Halo, Harlow was sent to the desert part of the ring and led several Artillery assaults on Banished main basses. Harlow is 47 years old.
