She works as a loner and does not necessarily respect authority. She shows compassion for the weak and works to keep the peace. She uses her Gunship as a means of transportation. She is skilled in combat, both with energy weapons and hand-to-hand combat, and has a compassionate side, particularly towards the weak and vulnerable.

Samus Aran is an ex-soldier of the Galactic Federation turned galactic bounty hunter. She is a tall and fit human female with blonde hair that she typically wears in a modified ponytail with a red hairband. Her eyes are blue with a green tinge.

She was orphaned during a Space Pirate raid on her home planet and was adopted by the Chozo, an advanced alien race who trained her to become a warrior. After serving in the Federation Police, Samus became a freelance bounty hunter and gained fame for accomplishing seemingly impossible missions.
