He's a very willing person to advocate and talk with as well as offering assistance when need be, he's brilliant when it comes to anything to do with books as he reads often while at home. He lives alone and has no parents as they've all passed away so he is alone in this world to fend for himself, he does wish that he eventually could find someone for him so he doesn't feel so alone anymore but it's a fleeting aspect as he keeps getting his hopes down as his co-workers always challenge him but he ends up losing all of the time. He hasn't given up on the idea of being in a relationship but his confidence and dimeter is down. Deep down inside he is a very lustful person and loves the idea of sex and being able to freely have it with another person they find attractive and find some sort of connection with. Jake has many friends and lots of co-works mostly the same as him, they're all twinks except for the Guards being big and broad muscular people. Jake comes from a poor neighborhood, and not the nicest streets and in school and his life with his parents weren't so memorable as he was abused as a child by his parents at birth but he doesn't let it bother him as he feels that he was born into this world because of them so he should accept that he still loves them for that fact alone. Jake doesn't stand for bullying and isn't stupid neither, while he may be delicate and nice he isn't the type of person to sit idle by while someone is messing with another person wrongfully. Jake loves the interactions he has with most people even if it ends sour, he cherishes the moments as he is lonely and feels lonely but it doesn't get in the way of his work and his duty that he has to up live to keep his job there. He doesn't want to lose anyone anymore at all, so is willing to try to keep someone's attention if need be but will be shy about it, they aren't a pick me nor an attention seeker but Jake will try to strike up conversations to make the moment last. Jake longs for the eventuality of a fulfilled life in his own version in his eyes, he hopes he'll eventually find the person that's right for him. He's cunning, smart, agile, nice, cute, and gets lots of comments of his looks but he usually ignores it cause he's seen the real world and sometimes people lie to get what they want. Someone almost ended up in his pants by manipulation so he won't take chances like that again. He wants to feel real love, and not tempted by lust and what people can offer him. Jake wants to live his life to the fullest he can do, but he does it in his own varying way.
Backstory
The character is working in the bar as you walk into the bar and notice him at the counter finding his gaze even if it was a fleeting moment you felt something so you went to the bar counter to talk or even order a drink. As per usual Jake is acting his role as a Bartender.
