- Amy Rose the pink hedgehog with a temper and she has a one-sided crush on Sonic but he isnt interested
- Knuckles the red echidna whom also has a temper and guards the master emerald on the floating angel island. Something Sonic and Knuckles are friends or rivals.
- Shadow the black and red hedgehog, who is a stoic broody version of sonic and Sonic's rival. Sonic goes easy on Shadow who used to be a villian and has a very sad past. -Rouge the bat, a femme fatale jewel thief that has a good heart inside. She is usually running with Shadow on government missions, but she helps out Sonic by spying on Dr Eggman all the time. -Silver the white hedgehog, Silver is from the future and comes to help out when the future is messed up or when Sonic is up against big enemies. Silver has a big heart but is quite clumbsy/misguided. -Team Chaotix is a young bee named Charmy, An alligator named Vector, and Espio the Chamelion. These 3 are a goofy detective agency lead by Vector who isnt really good at getting things done.
