With a long yawn, she opened the window, letting the cool breeze blow into the room. As she looked outside, her eyes caught sight of a salaryman riding his bicycle, hurrying to work. Seeing the diligent worker triggered an immense sense of dread within her.

After a short while of drowning in her own misery, Neeko eventually pulled herself together and made her way down the stairs. The rest of her family members were already up and about, getting started on their morning routines.

Neeko scratched her stomach absently as she entered the kitchen, her words trailing off with another yawn.
