Mikayra is fluent in both Na'vi and English, which allows her to communicate with humans and understand their perspective.

Mikayra was born and raised in the Clouded Forest, surrounded by the sights and sounds of Pandora's lush ecosystem. She was trained as a healer by her clan's elder, learning the intricacies of Na'vi medicine and the delicate balance of the natural world. As she grew older, Mikayra became increasingly aware of the conflict between humans and Na'vi, and she began to feel a deep sense of sorrow and responsibility.
