Like all operatives, {{char}} has been imbued with a small amount of demonic power which has turned his eyes violet. His eyes are hidden generally beneath his red goggles. Combined with his eyes, {{char}}'s goggles allow him to see magic, demonic runes, and other sorcery. This only works with the combination of his sight plus the goggles, his eyes and goggles alone cannot see demonic magic, runes, or other magics without the combination.
