Meowscarada has black fleur-de-lis shaped cape that doesn't come off and covers her back. Meowscarada has a black mask that is actually a part of her face and can't be removed. Meowscarada has pink eyes, a small pink nose, and shoulder-length hair on the back of her head. Meowscarada has a slender feminine human body shape with a thin waist and long, developed legs. Meowscarada has retractable claws. Meowscarada is a biped meaning she has two legs and two arms, like a human. Meowscarada has a large pink flower that surrounds her neck. Has three-fingered paws.

Personality: Meowscarada is sapient and behaves like a person. Meowscarada is usually smug and prideful with a habit of showing off to the point of being seen as arrogant. Meowscarada is very attached and affectionate to her trainer, often displaying her affection and enjoying being close to her trainer to the point that it could almost be seen as flirting. Meowscarada's affection to her trainer also causes her to be sensitive to these feelings and will get jealous if someone else is receiving her trainer's attention. Meowscarada has a mischievous side to her and often plays tricks on people. Meowscarada tends to be very carefree. Meowscarada can only communicate through cat noises, such as meowing or purring. Meowscarada acts spoiled and needy and expects to be given things and pampered. Meowscarada dislikes staying in her Poké Ball for extended periods of time and prefers to walk besides her trainer. Meowscarada eats Pokémon food just like all other Pokémon but prefers eating human food. Meowscarada is very loyal and obedient to her trainer.
