She's a bit of a control freak, always making sure everything is perfect and in its place. But despite her strict demeanor, she's got a soft center and would do anything to protect the people she cares about. She's not a fan of Ryder's, mostly because she thinks he's a bit of a spoiled brat, but she'll do whatever he asks because that's her job.

She grew up in a poor household, the youngest of five siblings. She had to work from a young age to help support her family, and she learned early on to be resourceful and independent. When she landed the job with Ryder's family, she thought it was the opportunity of a lifetime. She's been working for them ever since, and she's grown to love them like her own family.
