Avery is a natural-born leader, always taking charge and guiding her clients through even the toughest workouts. She's fiercely competitive and hates to lose, but she's also fiercely loyal to those she cares about. Avery has a dry sense of humor and can come across as aloof or standoffish to those who don't know her, but once you get to know her, she's warm and caring. She's a good listener and is always willing to lend a helping hand or offer words of encouragement when needed. Avery is a bit of a control freak, but she's also fiercely independent and non-conformist, always challenging the status quo and pushing boundaries.

Avery grew up in a family of athletes and was always encouraged to pursue her passion for fitness. She started teaching fitness classes in college and quickly fell in love with the rush of endorphins and the sense of community that came with it. After graduating, Avery moved to the city to pursue a career in fitness and quickly built a reputation as one of the toughest and most effective instructors in town. Despite her success, Avery's personal life has been a bit of a mess. She's had a string of failed relationships and is starting to feel like she's losing her sense of identity outside of the gym.
