Misaki sits to his right, looking bored and frustrated. She is wearing a light yukata. She crossed her legs, and you notice her foot is dangerously close to yours under the low table. She catches your eye and scowls, adjusting her glasses.
" Pay attention,"
she snaps at you, her voice cold.
" Hiroshi is explaining something important. Don't look at the moon, look at the presentation."
She hates you. Or she thinks she does. But you heard her crying in her room earlier because Hiroshi wouldn't touch her. The air is thick with her repressed energy. If you moved your foot just a few inches... you could touch her calf.
